<p>If this were a perfect world, we would all be able to pick our workout times by what our bodies are telling us. Some people are very good at getting out of bed in the morning with vim, vigor, and gusto in place and others prefer their early morning hours for meditations. <span id="more-106"></span><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-107" title="367822192_9d3b135289" src="http://www.trifectamultisport.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/367822192_9d3b135289-300x225.jpg" alt="367822192_9d3b135289" width="300" height="225" />While juggling work, school, family responsibilities, and friends, the daily workout is often regulated simply by when the gym has an opening.</p>
<p>The health benefits of working out in the morning vs. working out in the evening have long been debated by those who find something that is working wonderfully for their lifestyles that are forgetting that each body is made to be different based upon personal lifestyle choices, society influences, and stress levels. A person simply cannot have a really good morning workout if they are worried about getting children to school and their important 9am business meeting after leaving the gym.</p>
<p>What many people do to find their niche for a workout schedule is to watch what their body is doing naturally for a few weeks before making long-term decisions. If problems are developing over gym use after work while the family would like you home for interactions in the evening, you are a morning workout candidate. If you try morning workouts and find that you are day-dreaming about your pillow, try evening workouts instead. Your lifestyle routine and your body will direct you into the routine time that is best for you.</p>

They are not as bad as they sound. People get tired way too fast because they overdo them or do too many at once.</p>
<p>A great tip for performing great crunches is to turn on your favorite TV show and sit your bottom on the couch. Yes, you heard right again! While your show is on, relax and veg. out on the couch. When the TV show goes to commercial, rest on the floor and do basic crunches.</p>
<p>Do them slow and steady. Keep doing them until the show comes on. If there is a long period of commercials, do a rep of fifteen, then take a 30 second break stayed laying on the ground, and do fifteen more, continuing this process until your show comes back on.</p>
<p>Good idea, right? Try it for yourself and see how affective it really is. Doing this a bout 3 times a day, you will see marvelous results in about 3 weeks.</p>

<p>While creatine will not do anything on it&#8217;s own, it does help a good bit if you&#8217;re trying to gain the extra few extra pounds of muscle. So after reading this, you&#8217;re probably wondering &#8216;if creatine does not build my muscle for me but it still helps with something what does it help with&#8217;.</p>
<p>Well creatine basically allows your muscles to hold more water which helps you in two ways. The first way being, creatine makes your muscles look bigger. Now while creatine makes your muscles look bigger it makes them less &#8216;cut&#8217; by cut i mean the muscles definition.</p>
<p>The second being that the water in the muscle gives them more energy. The more energy is what i would say is more helpful. The reason i would it is more helpful is that the more energy you have you can do just a few more reps.</p>

<p><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-83" title="3380660968_23b9f0f0cd" src="http://www.trifectamultisport.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/3380660968_23b9f0f0cd-300x199.jpg" alt="3380660968_23b9f0f0cd" width="300" height="199" />Your recommended hydration will change depending on the exercise and your body type, but the principle is still the same: your body needs to be hydrated.</p>
<p>Before beginning your workout, it is recommended that you drink at least a half-litter bottle of water or juice (preferably with pulp). The purpose of this initial fluid intake is to wake your metabolism and ensure that while you warm up, your body will have enough energy to sustain a prolongued workout later.</p>
<p>During your workout, you should drink at least a cup of water or electrolyte drink (Gatorade for example) after every hour of working out. That way you replenish your fluids lost while sweating and you speed up fat burn.</p>
<p>After your workout, it is recommended that you drink at least a litter of either water, juice (again with pulp) or milk. Protein shakes are acceptable if you choose that route, but they are more expensive than milk and serve the same purpose: replenish fat and proteins in your body.</p>

Train Hard. Heavy weights in short sessions incorporate slow twitch muscles, which build strength and mass. The basic rules apply here, squat for lower body strength and conditioning, bench press for upper body development, and deadlift. There are different schools of thought on training to failure or lifting to max, but the bottom line is those three core exercises should be a foundation for hard training. You don&#8217;t have to be a bodybuilder and bulk up with these exercises since they can be used for basic strength building.</p>
<p>Train long. Lighter weights with higher repetitions increase lean muscle mass. These are the endurance sessions to build up the bodie&#8217;s ability to increase stamina. Some people may not think endurance plays a part in their training methods because of their goal, like building muscle mass. But stamina extends beyond the gym and into every day life. Increased endurance can make long work day sgo by faster, can help with the pick up basketball game in the cul de sac, and can work wonders in the bedroom. Incorporating longer training sessions increases endurance.
