They are not as bad as they sound. People get tired way too fast because they overdo them or do too many at once.</p>
<p>A great tip for performing great crunches is to turn on your favorite TV show and sit your bottom on the couch. Yes, you heard right again! While your show is on, relax and veg. out on the couch. When the TV show goes to commercial, rest on the floor and do basic crunches.</p>
<p>Do them slow and steady. Keep doing them until the show comes on. If there is a long period of commercials, do a rep of fifteen, then take a 30 second break stayed laying on the ground, and do fifteen more, continuing this process until your show comes back on.</p>
<p>Good idea, right? Try it for yourself and see how affective it really is. Doing this a bout 3 times a day, you will see marvelous results in about 3 weeks.</p>
