I obtained Sole E95 so  I could do  cardio at my house and simply go to the fitness center for  weight training. I&#8217;ve been working with it  for about 5 weeks  and I absolutely enjoy it! It is a incredibly robust home gym, and is very smooth. I &#8216;m very pleased with this particular device.  </p>
<p>Some people mentioned some issues in assembling <a title="Sole E95 review" href="http://sole-e95.com/" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/sole-e95.com');">Sole E95</a>, but I really don&#8217;t remember  any  problems. I took it really slowly (and had another person looking over me) to make sure that I did not mess anything up, so set aside sufficient time so that you can follow the directions exactly. Fortunately, they include all the equipment you need and all of the tiny parts (screws, bolts, etc.) are separated out inside a package according to the step that you use them. </p>
<p>You typically get what you pay for, and if you are interested in buying a very good piece of home exercise equipment which will offer you an awesome workout, then count on paying at least this much. </p>
<p>Update: I am still greatly enjoying <a title="Sole E95 Elliptical" href="http://sole-e95.com/" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/sole-e95.com');">Sole E95</a> . I didn&#8217;t say anything about the included heart rate monitor in my original review but thought I ought to refer to it now simply because I have been using this feature a lot. As opposed to the hand-grip monitor that this device and some others like it have,  included chest band monitor seems to be really accurate! I&#8217;ve experimented with it several times by slowing the pace down and picking it up and watched as the  display correctly reflected the change in heart rate.</p></p>
